Getting started is quick and easy

The company registers to use nGaje, using the simple online registration process. We recommend that a specific company employee is designated as the local system Administrator.

The first 30 trial days are FREE. No obligation. No Contract. (Excludes on-site training/support).

Your local Administrator will become responsible for managing the operation of nGaje within the organisation.

Your local Administrator will also provide the immediate point of contact for nGaje to channel support through to the company. In effect, the local system Administrator will become the local expert and help the company achieve success through the use of nGaje.

Once your company has registered to use nGaje, the local Administrator can define the company structure and then add employees by using the import tool to upload from a standard CSV file. If the local Administrator needs any help at any time, there is a real-time Chat support tool provided at every stage. This support facility will remain with you at all times.

If you make a mistake, we can fix it.    

How easy are the tools to set up with my company details?

Although it is easy to get started, we generally recommend that we help new company users familiarise themselves with the tools, by providing an initial on-site set-up and training day. Users will quickly become acquainted with the interface and you will quickly gain real benefit from using the tools. Normally by the end of the day you will be up and running and you will also get to know your HRMagik support coach. It is well worth the small investment for this service.

How can I tell if the tools will be suitable for my company?

Try it first: Even before you sign up for a Free Trial, you can evaluate the tools.

How to evaluate the nGaje:

We believe the best way to evaluate nGaje, is to try it live. We have therefore created an example company online and you are invited to experience the tools and test their capability within a pre-defined safe environment.

To access the example company to evaluate before you sign up, visit www.ngaje.com from within any internet browser. Then use one of the usernames and associated passwords listed below, to access the tool suite. Various user log-ins have been created for the example company. These users represent different levels within the company and differing access rights.

We suggest that you initially log in as the local Administrator (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and then later logout and back in again with a different user login, to try some of the other user environments. Administrators also have their own separate employee login. If you want to be adventurous and test in real-time the effect one user has on another, you can log into two or more differing user accounts at the same time, by either using different computer terminals or by using different browsers on the same terminal (for example, use Windows Explorer for one log in and Firefox or Chrome for another and this will avoid the same browser getting confused).

Some employees may have left the company and be set as inactive. In this case the log-in will be deactivated for the username. Passwords are case sensitive. Usernames are not.

Users of the evaluation site should note:

• The site is automatically “washed down” every 24 hours.
• All example data is reset and any changes made will revert to the default usernames, settings and content. 
  Therefore changes, additions, new users, objectives or messages etc. that you create may not be visible next time you use the example company.
• Other users may be logged into the example company and you may see activity from these users – you may not have exclusive access!
  Therefore, please do not abuse the Example environment and be considerate to other users who may be in the environment at the same time.
• Users also testing the environment may change some of your example data.
  Additional users may be added or access changed during trials. Example data may be added to or changed by nGaje.

The site is totally responsive and will work within all browsers and on all popular tablets and smartphone devices – as long as the device has Internet connection.

• If you experience any problems or have any feedback, we will be pleased to hear from you.
• There is a Help and FAQ section found within the top bar Help menu.
• There is also a real-time Chat support facility located in the lower right of the Help section page, or when logged in as an Administrator. Please use the chat facility to access real-time support from the HRMagik support team (note this is only available when logged in as an administrator or when using the Help pages).
